Design Credit & Portfolio Use
Design credit will appear on the bottom of the pages as Theme customised by BlogWorkz  linking to http://blogworkz.co.uk and must be present as long as your site is “live.” I retain the right to request immediate removal of my name and/or link if website design varies significantly in the future from that which was designed by BlogWorkz.

I retain the right to display graphics, your company name, and other web design elements as examples of our work in our online or printed portfolios or website.

Graphic Work
If you are submitting existing artwork, please supply the original design file, if possible. Design work that includes existing artwork may incur additional fees if it is necessary for me to manipulate the artwork. Acceptable file formats are: jpg, gif,  pdf, png (preferred)

Revisions
All custom graphic design services are assigned 1 revision.  Any additional revisions will incur an additional fee of £10 per revision on top of the package price.

BlogWorkz fully understands that projects can evolve throughout the design process. BlogWorkz  will make every effort to comply with Client requests if the changes can be fit reasonably into the original allotted time given to the project. Client understands these changes may incur additional fees.

Communication
The customisation process is  communicated via email and Skype. It somestimes  requires clients to be at the computer consistently during the design process. Progress requires client acceptance at frequent intervals. If the client fails to respond in a timely manner, that project will be delayed until a time when regular communication is possible.  CurrentlyI do not conduct business by phone during UK normal business hours. Consults, training and orientation take place via Skype or Google Talk. (usually evenings as weekends) Both are free resources. If client fails to communicate in 36 hours without warning, the project will be recycled back into the queue. If a client repeatedly fails to follow through with communication, client will forfeit their place in the queue.

Additional costs
If you need additional handholding, export-importing content from another site, premium theme set up, research/learning on a theme I’m not familiar with, premium plugin install/config, or issues with your web host or installation. If your project falls into these categories, Please be prepared for additional costs added to the package price. I always hope for easy and no issues, but this is difficult to predict. I’ll always keep you informed of the progress.

The more information I have about the scope of the entire project, the better which minimise back and forth emails. It’s very common for the scope of a project to blossom with a life of it’s own. This is known as scope creep, and it greatly affects the package price. Keep this in mind if we see that the project is beginning to evolve beyond the initial vision.

Changes
Customisations are intially done on a test site, and client approval of the final design is given before the site goes live. Changes made after this point may be charged the regular hourly rate.

Liability
BlogWorkz does not guarantee sales or success of websites or blogs. Clients are responsible for sales, promotion and income, and neither BlogWorkz is liable for business or personal blog success.

Website and Marketing
Client agrees that design projects may be featured on BlogWorkz websites, or other promotional materials.

Confidentiality All correspondence and documents provided to BlogWorkz will be treated as confidential between Client and BlogWorkz, unless consent has been granted by both parties involved.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services, BlogWorkz will not issue refunds for any reason.

Note from BlogWorkz.  I have other commitments so I work on clients sites during evenings and weekends, however I’m available for communication via email during normal office hours as well as evenings, and Skype evenings and weekends.  I appreciate your understanding & patience.
